Personalized items: Upon request and not always available. Personalized items are made to order. Due to the customized nature, there are no cancellations or returns on personalized item.

Please ask additional questions before ordering: If you need more details than the product listing provides contact us and we'd be happy to try and assist you further.

I received the wrong item(s) or is missing an item from my order, what do I do?: Please contact us within 5 business days if you are missing anything or have an incorrect item in your order.

PLEASE NOTE: We may ask for a photo to be taken to show us the order you received so we can see the error that was made. We must be contacted within 5 business days of you receiving your order if there is an issue with your shipment or you’d like to return an item you purchased. Any notices sent to us after that time has lapsed will be handled on a case by case basis. If more than 30 days has passed from when you received your item, we are not able to make any corrections at that time.
